I’m a lucky parent that has a lot of time to participate in my children’s activities. At the Woga Gymnastic Center of Frisco, it is very easy to watch a training session while maintaining a distance so my child can focus on their class or private lesson. Let me tell you that one of the most enjoyable parts of my week is seeing my child work hard to get better and seeing her realize she hit a new milestone by performing a new exercise she couldn’t do before. I really think they are great at teaching perseverance and a healthy competitive spirit. Smiles are definitely contagious at Woga.

In closing, I wasn’t privileged enough to have such fine athletic training in my own backyard and feel so lucky to have one in my own backyard that will give my child the best opportunity to reach her full potential in something she absolutely loves.
